She quietly began recording music from the ashram, releasing it within her spiritual community in the form of private press cassette tapes. This was the only time that this group ever played together yet they sound very much like a major band that had been performing this music for years. Despite the commanding presence of this track, it would be misguided to judge the merits of the album on this piece alone, for Invisible Roots is a much deeper and more complex musical statement.
